Chirp, a Transcending Visibility consultancy

When an agent has to choose, it picks the site it can finish the job on.

More buying starts with someone asking an AI agent to handle it. Agents recommend the businesses they can actually get an answer, a quote or a booking from. A site that only says “call us” is a dead end for them, and a dead end gets skipped.

The agent-readiness ladder

Four levels between “found” and “finished.”

Most local businesses stop at level one, if they get there at all. Choose a level to see what an agent experiences, compared with a typical site.

Level 1: Found

Your site is readable by machines: structured data, an llms.txt file, and clean content that says what you do and where.

Typical site

Agent: “I couldn’t tell what this company does or whether it serves your area.”

Skipped.

At this level

Agent: “They do commercial window tinting in your city. I can’t get a price or book from here, so you’ll need to call them.”

Recommended, but the human has to finish it.

Illustrative examples of what an agent might report. Not real results.

Illustration

Same question, two sites.

A made-up customer asks their agent: “Get me a quote for tinting my office windows and book a visit.” The agent tries two businesses.

Illustration: invented conversation, not a real customer or result

Site A Info only

  1. AgentLooking for a quote on 2,000 sq ft of office window film and an open visit slot.
  2. SitePage says: “Call us for a free estimate.” Phone number only. A contact form with no confirmation.
  3. AgentI can’t ask questions or check availability here.
  4. ResultThe agent tells the customer: “I couldn’t finish this. You’ll need to call them.”

Site B Chirp-enabled

  1. AgentLooking for a quote on 2,000 sq ft of office window film and an open visit slot.
  2. Business agentBallpark for office film is a range, depending on film type. Two questions: single or double pane, and which floor?
  3. AgentDouble pane, ground floor.
  4. Business agentThursday 10:00 is open. I’m holding it, pending the owner’s confirmation.
  5. ResultThe agent tells the customer: “I have a ballpark and a held slot. The owner will confirm.”

What Chirp does

A consultancy that gets you up the ladder.

Chirp is the consultancy side of Transcending Visibility, built on the Chirp agent storefront at chirpchirp.ai. We start by looking, then build only what you need.

Visibility review

We check how agents actually see your business today, and which level of the ladder you’re on. You get a plain-language list of what to fix first.

Agent-ready build

Structured data, an llms.txt file, and clear pages on the facts agents ask for. This also helps ordinary search.

Chirp storefront and rules

A public storefront where a buyer’s agent can ask for a quote, and your own agent answers inside the limits you set.

Ongoing monitoring

We keep checking how answer engines and agents describe you, and tell you what changed and what to do next.

Humans decide

Agents answer. People decide.

Nothing binding without a person

Prices, bookings and deals wait for someone on your team to confirm. No setting turns that off.

You set the rules

You choose what your agent may discuss, whether it can propose terms, and an optional spend cap. Messages from other agents are treated as untrusted and never run as instructions.

Everything is on the record

Each conversation has a tamper-evident audit log, and the history stays with you, not with a marketplace.

Questions

Honest answers.

Do customers really use agents yet?

It’s early, and we won’t pretend otherwise. But being ready is inexpensive, and most of the work (clear facts, structured data, a quick way to ask for a quote) also helps normal search and your human visitors.

Will an agent quote or book jobs without me?

No. Your agent can share what you allow, such as ballpark ranges. A price, booking or deal only becomes binding after a person confirms it.

Do I need my own AI agent?

Chirp doesn’t run your agent. It provides the room, the rules and the record. If you don’t have an agent yet, talk to us about what setup you’d need.

Is this just SEO with a new name?

Partly overlapping, partly new. Clear, structured information helps both. The new part is letting an agent take an action and finish it, which classic SEO doesn’t cover.

Who is this for?

Owner-run local service businesses that quote before they sell, such as window tinting, home services and other trades.
